Steel, wood, aluminum, or glass-paneled — 5 Star Garage Door Service measures your Ketchum, ID opening precisely and installs a door sized and balanced to fit it correctly.
Every Ketchum, ID technician dispatched for Garage Door Installation carries the specific tools and parts this job requires, not a generic all-purpose kit.
We'd rather send one truck that's actually equipped for garage door installation than three that aren't, even if it means a slightly longer wait on a rare occasion.
Measurement includes headroom and sideroom clearance, which affects viable door styles.
Steel, wood, aluminum, and glass doors each carry different tradeoffs — we walk through them honestly.
Crews are scheduled with enough time to complete the full install, not rushed.
If an installation issue surfaces, it's covered.
The most common choice for durability and value — we match gauge thickness to your Ketchum, ID climate and wind exposure.
Real wood and composite carriage doors add distinct curb appeal — we discuss maintenance expectations honestly, since wood needs more upkeep.
Lightweight aluminum frames with glass panels suit modern architectural styles — natural light is the main draw homeowners cite for this option.
Upgrading to an insulated door improves temperature control — we explain R-value differences for your specific Ketchum, ID climate.
Older homes sometimes have openings that don't match standard sizes — we source or fabricate to fit.
